lola Lenzi, a Canadian-educated lawyer, has worked in the arts for the last 19 years. Her career began in London where she trained at Sotheby's and subsequently gained expertise in early Chinese art with specialist Chistian Deydier. Leaving for Singapore in 1994, she turned to art journalism, contributing to periodicals and broadsheets in Europe, Australia and Asia. Lenzi is also a curator of regional contemporary art and frequently published essays about Southeast Asian visual practice. She is the Singapore correspondent for Asian art, London, as well as a contributor to Asian Art News, Hong Kong.
